Join us for the launch of our monthly Friday ‘Live and Original at the Brentham’, featuring some of the best new original music around. Starting on Friday 16th October.

Our opening night will feature live music from Tomorrow Bird, who are an acoustic duo drawing influences from bands such as The Civil Wars. Their haunting melodies and heartfelt lyrics have transfixed audiences and marked them out as a band to watch!

The Gillies are an Americana, Folk duo from London; their music tells of love, loss, bittersweet and harsh realities, and the distinctive sound of their acoustic guitars creates an intense, lonesome, dark musical style.

Jess Tuthill is a singer-songwriter from Reading. She has been writing music for over 20 years, taking inspiration from her surroundings, which regularly includes television and computer games. For the last 8 years, her instrument of choice has been the ukulele, mainly so she can feel like a giant when she plays.

Doors open 7.30 pm, starts 8 pm, tickets £12 for non-members and £10 for members. Ticket link coming soon.
